Commissions are not accepted on a ‘first-come-first-serve ' basis.
I might not accept all requests. I have the right to decline a commission order if it is against my policy/interest/skill or if I have personal issues with it. Please do not offend if I refuse your request! Thank you!
Please be aware I'll be sharing the finished commission (Low-res) on my social media pages with a watermark and on my Patreon page too (!), also the process video will be part of the Patreon Monthly Reward Pack (!). I can accept your request ONLY if you give me your permission for this term!
Process time depends on the circumstances of the artist (personal life, emergencies, sickness, vacations, etc) and depending on the complexity of the art. So there is no absolute deadline that the client will receive the artwork. Since I'm a mother of an autistic little girl, I have limited free time (which means I draw instead of sleeping) and I work SLOWLY. Please do not rush me, I work better at my own pace.
You can ask me for WIPs (work-in-progress).
I will charge an additional cost from you for a complicated design and detailed background.
You can ask for editing 2 times: during the sketch stage and the base colour process only. I will be charging 5 USD for every edit after the 2nd, so please make your request as clear as possible. I will not make any major edits or revisions after the final artwork is done.
Once your commission is completed, I will notify you accordingly. The files of the Illustration will then be sent over through MEGA; Including a High-resolution image (PNG) and also the Process Video too.
Payment: via Paypal in USD ($) and must be paid in full before the commission is started. The payment will be due on receipt. Please pay within 48 hours or your commission will be automatically cancelled and your slot will be given to others.
There is NO REFUND after payment.
But If for some reason I cannot finish your commission order and already started working on it, I will refund half the payment. I apologize beforehand if this happens, but please understand, thank you!
